Crafted from a harmonious blend of beans grown in the rugged Tolima region of the Central Andes, grown 1400 to 2000 meters above sea level, these exquisite Arabica coffee beans are handpicked by dedicated farmers. Through a meticulous process, the cherries are pulped and left to ferment, before being washed and sun-dried to perfection, imparting a rich and vibrant character that embodies the true spirit of our Colombian coffees.
